At this Cersaie fair, Pamesa Cerámica aims to transport its customers to different parts of the world. After two long years without fairs, visits and trips, Pamesa simulates with its new collections the essence of the most desired destinations: the first stop is the Baltic Sea, where the star collection is Odeon, a stone design in matte finish and different formats, from 120×120 in porcelain stoneware to 30×90 in white body. It is accompanied by the Wells series, a design that takes its maximum inspiration from Bath; its veins are soft, but with character – it is a stone that offers a wide chromatic range, from the classic Moka colour that reminds us of roasted coffee to the brand new Perla colour.
The tour continues to the Mediterranean, where stone and cement are undoubtedly clear references in its interior design. This is the source of inspiration for Mosel; unscathed by fashions and eras, a series that recreates the bluestone stone in four shades; a design that reflects sobriety and minimalism. To give that blue touch so characteristic of the Greek islands, Pamesa presents Dosso in 40×120 format with base and relief and on the other hand in 25×75, both in white paste. Dosso is a complete commitment to colour that comes in various shades, but represents the Mediterranean essence in its colour: an intense tone that inspires us with the serene calm of a reef. Indigo transports us to Greece and the depths of its waters… Furthermore, Pamesa presents a new 33.3×100 décor in white body and thin thickness: Antic Trend. The terracotta of the clays, the blues of the sea, the floral patterns and their geometric shapes…
The whole ensemble reproduces the antique pieces of the hydraulic decorations so characteristic of the area.
Finally, who wouldn’t like to escape to an Asian paradise? Pamesa tries to simulate these oriental corners with series such as Argile, a design with a handcrafted essence that tries to succumb to the fascination caused by the chromatic effects of fired clay. A material that is the cradle of ancient civilisations and cultures in a wide range of cold and warm tones in different formats: 120×120, 90×90, 60×60 and its original mesh in the form of fabric. It is accompanied by Vegetal trend: leaves of large banana trees, palm trees, stems and monsteras burst in full colour on this set in 33.3×100 cm format, a series that elevates the beauty and sumptuousness of tropical paradises; a design that plays with the depth of the tropical jungle to create daring and original spaces. Finally, to close this journey, Pamesa presents the Vita series, with a very particular feature that sets it apart from other materials: it has antibacterial properties. It is a technology developed on the basis of silver ions integrated in the production process prior to the stoneware firing. These nanoparticles are capable of inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria thanks to the active substances incorporated in the glaze.
As the jewel in the crown, Pamesa Cerámica presents a collection of large-format, thin slabs under the name “XXL Lux”. The size of these new wall tiles is one of the most popular on the market for large interiors: 120×260 cm. Together with the more conventional large formats, such as 120×120 cm, it is possible to achieve spaces with great visual continuity. This collection is suitable for all decorative styles, from a Statuario marble called Torano for more classical environments, to Moleanos, a Portuguese limestone with small fossils for more minimalist environments. The collection includes designs in both polished and matt finishes and most of them are accompanied by coordinated floor tiles.
