In December 2017 Pamesa Cerámica S.L. signed its second Equality Plan, which includes new objectives intended to guarantee further progress in terms of equal opportunities.
In order to achieve the goals set, the Equality Plan includes a series of actions covering numerous various areas including access to the company, professional categories, training, remuneration, non-sexist language and communication, as well as representation.
The company’s Equality Commission has been operating since 2013, and is characterised by its parity of representation of the company and employees’ legal representatives.
